JobNeatly

JobNeatly is a web app for contractors and tradespeople to describe extra work, set its price and share a customer approval link. Customers review and sign in their browser, while the contractor keeps the timestamp and exact version they approved. The app also links change orders to jobs and supports estimates, invoices, job photos, contract PDFs for signing and visit planning. The first 3 signed approvals are free; from the fourth, current standard prices are $9 for one approval or $19/month for unlimited approvals. The contractor sends the link themselves. Listed by an authorized representative of Xargaar Tools, not an independent review.
