PagePing auto-refreshes any Chrome tab on any interval, from every second to every 24 hours, with a live countdown. Give it keywords such as “In stock”, “Appointment available” or “Sold out” and it alerts you with a desktop notification and optional chime the moment that text appears or disappears.
