Transglot MCP
Bring automated localization into your AI coding workflow.

What is Transglot MCP?
Transglot MCP helps teams keep multilingual software and website content up to date from a compatible AI coding assistant. Instead of moving every localization task into another interface, developers can inspect a project, update translations, draft missing text and check quality through the Model Context Protocol.
The published @transglot/mcp connector provides 16 tools. They cover project and language discovery, translation reads and writes, AI batch creation and monitoring, glossary maintenance, quality checks, and locale-file pull and push workflows. Transglot remains the shared workspace where teammates review source and target text and make the final decisions.
To connect, install Node.js 20 or later and run npx -y @transglot/mcp with your own project-scoped TRANSGLOT_TOKEN. This is a local stdio server, not a public hosted HTTP endpoint. Only the token abilities you grant are available. Hosted API access requires Starter or above; translation and QA consume the applicable allowance, and QA requires Team or above. The connector is MIT-licensed, while the hosted Transglot service is separate.
The accompanying marketing cards show Transglot’s localization workspace and delivery workflows using demonstration content. Setup guide: https://transglot.ai/docs/mcp. Published package: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@transglot/mcp.
